HOW MUCH MONEY WE CAN SAVE YOU... Save Money

Let's use a $250,000 home for our example. We will list your home you will pay us a $500 FLAT FEE. That fee is basically our marketing fee to place your home in the MLS, on Realtor.com, and on over 100 websites. At closing you just pay us 1/2 of 1% of the sales price. If your home buyer is not working with a real estate agent ~ the total amount of commission you will pay is $1,750. THAT'S IT! If a realtor brings the buyer who buys your home ~ you agree to pay a cooperative commission to the selling agent of 2.5%, 3% or 4%. You decide how much cooperative commission you want to pay to the agent. You see this is all about having a choice on how much money you want to spend to sell your home.

To break it down: With a traditional 6% listing ~ the listing company gets 3% of the commission the seller pays at closing and the selling company gets 3% of the commission for bringing the buyer for your home.
